The Three Reese Girls

Sarah and Lyndsey love being big sisters to baby Katelyn. Sarah is a huge help to me (mom). She'll take Lyndsey outside to play with and She is very willing to jump in and do what a I ask her to do. Sarah loves to hold Katelyn. It's the first thing she wants to do when she comes home from school.
Lyndsey loves to hold Katelyn also and help burp her. She'll read her stories too.

New BABY GIRL

We have a new baby girl. We named her Katelyn Johanna. Johanna is my wife's grandmothers name. She was born on May 15th at 5:37pm. She was delivered at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg by me, her Father. I knew the doctor from college and he gowned me up and I caught her and placed her on Julie's belly. I was so caught up in the moment that I did not see if she was a boy or a girl. The nurse said that she caught a peek and she told me and Julie the great news. Lyndsey will be glad she is getting a sister.
She is small. 6 pounds 4 ounces and only 18 inches long. She is, however, healthy. She nursed immediately after she was born. In fact, she nursed for 2 hours. We are very excited for Katelyn to join our family.

Julie and Lyndsey
This is a picture that we took last year of Julie and Lyndsey. We were at a timeshare condo in Island Park, Idaho. People have commented that we have very beautiful children. I tend to whole-heartedly agree. That is why we are proud to announce that we will be having our fourth child in May. Yes, beautiful people should procreate and we are obviously heeding the call. Lyndsey will be two in April, so Grandmas and Grandpas didn't have to wait as long for us to add to our little family. We decided to be "progressive" and announce this on our new "blog". Take care everyone.
